March-ing Orders

2–3 minutes

Yes, I use puns.

Anywho, we have a lot to go over, it is spring break and first is our count for the hours we are adding 28 to our goal that means now we are just about three quarters at our goal at about a third of the way through the year. Making good time on that at least, and the term is over and I can happily say the grades were great to see, and I got to talk to more of you downtown about different things bothering you. I appreciate people taking time to give me information and that goes for the businesses I walked into, although trying to do it in a way that it does not bother the business has been something I have had to wait around a little for.

I should be able to hit my goal before June, but there is a lot of time still to go and a lot to be done. Which lets me end on this, if you feel like there is something you want me to know, tjandersonfordistrict4@gmail.com send me your thoughts including where you are from in Portland.

Now as more events are going to come some may wonder who will I talk to. It has come up multiple times who am I going to side with, moderates or progressives.

My answer? None.

I will vote based on what I think is the one that will get the progress we are looking for, whether its Democrat, Socialist, Republican, Californian, Martian, or anywhere else. My job in office is to get Portland back to a better place, one term great, two term tops if I am wanted, and that is it. If I cannot get work done in two terms tops (one term more likely) I have failed my position, and as you can see if I am doing all this now when it is not my job then it is going to be a lot more time, focus and energy when it is my job.
